This project totals 10.000 m2 of commercial space in Jeddah, Saudi-Arabia. The strip mall design is splitted into two floors, having most of the restaurants in a second floor with outdoor terraces.The building elevation facing the curbside is created with variated building heights, different roof materials and elegant detailing. The colors of the elevations are  selected from neutral beiges and limestone details, connected with high commercial windows with the elegant black window frames. These elements are fitted to match with the Spanish Revival Style. The curbside shading concept is created with different specially selected colors according to the overall concept.

AUD Architects have designed and built two 100 meter high towers housing A-grade office space and a boutique style high-end hotel with adjoining retail street and a small theatre in the new CBD area of this city.

Taiyuan Wanda

One of many Wanda Groups developments was the first one of its kind in the capital and largest city Taiyuan of Northern Shanxi province in the People's Republic of China.

Greenland Fengxian Nanqiao

Fengxian Nanqiao is a growing Southern suburb of Shanghai in the People's Republic of China.As part of the major developer Greenland Groups development strategy for this area a commercial complex appealing to local characteristics was envisioned.

The satellite town of Saliena, which is situated between Jurmala and Riga in Latvia10 years old. The realization of the project, which involves the creation of a proper town with workplaces, schools, and public spaces, is still ongoing.
