Changchun is the capital and largest city of Jilin Province, and is located in the northeast of China. 

We call our proposal for Jilin Cultural Centers White Mountains and Black Lake because of the original idea of orientating the buildings like a magnificent mountain range along the lake. During the design process the building began to have an image of an eagle or a falcon that flies towards the lake.

Main functional idea is to split the building in to two parts in order to create a pedestrian path to and through the site with commercial services hence activating all the buildings.
