This project was a complete renovation of one of the largest residential buildings in Helsinki, housing 175 apartments. After the Winter War the building swelled to over 1500 residents, more inhabitants than in the town of Naantali at that time, giving it the nickname "Little Naantali".Work included the renewal of building mechanics, ducting, electricity, and making connections for solar panels to be installed on the roof. Approximately half the apartments had additional internal changes. A new sauna and laundry building was built in the inner courtyard. During the second stage in 2012, the entire attic space was converted into ten new apartments.
