The development is a collection of 18 new two storey apartment homes situated on fairly large lot. The variation of three different building masses with unique curb appeal designed with mexican influence creates true luxury neighborhood with diverse streetscape.

House in Papinsaari

The design for a detached house comprising 500 square meters on a hilled plot 25 meters above the sea. The building utilizes a T-form, white elevations, and concrete details in situ.

Hartela House

This project includes seven single-family dwellings on a small plot facing the sea near the Turku Archipelago. Dwelling sizes vary between 115-200 square meters.
