This three-structure complex is built on a strand plot in the Suvisaaristo Archipelago next to the City of Helsinki. The main house comprises 520 square meters divided into two floors. A separate strand sauna and guest building are situated near the sea shore. Living spaces are spread around the main house's axel, the highest part of the building's T-formed mass. Therefore, it was possible to orient most spaces' views toward the sea. The shape of the building divides the plot into three separate yard areas: a seafront yard, a garden yard, and a more public entrance yard.
