Bordered by a street corner and neighbouring houses a rectangular building was designed. The backyard corners were used as terraces allowing adjacent neighbours to maintain a diagonal view over the yard. The building halves were designed symmetrically. Both floor plans became L-formed, their shorter arms containing kitchens with terrace doors. The terraces are also accessed from the living rooms. The rest of the floor plan is rectangular and the rooms have a simple form minimizing corridors. Vertical circulation is located at the intersection of the entry hall, kitchen, and living room which leads to the the bedrooms above. Parking is located in the basement.
