Duplex at Keltner Avenue

Surrounded by scenic mountain views to the Franklin Mountains Keltner Avenue Duplex stands in one of the oldest communities in Eastside area of the City of El Paso next to Mexican Border. The development contains of two L-shaped building masses with 2-storey high bedroom sections. The entrances are arranged via semi-private courtyards. Rear unit operates the vehicle traffic from the alley side on a fairly small lot.

The design for a detached house comprising 500 square meters on a hilled plot 25 meters above the sea. The building utilizes a T-form, white elevations, and concrete details in situ.
