The design for a detached house comprising 500 square meters on a hilled plot 25 meters above the sea. The building utilizes a T-form, white elevations, and concrete details in situ. Interior Oregon Pine window frames compliment their varnished copper exterior. The design aimed at identifying the internal spaces by function. The living and sleeping areas are located in the first floor. The ground floor was divided into public spaces open to the guests and semipublic, such as the kitchen and a studio, which may be opened or closed from the lounge.
