The approach for this interactive marketing company's office was to find a solution that is spatially efficient yet flexibly allowing work capacity fluctuations and hierarchy reorganizations. Spacial symmetry has been divided into equal-sized cubic forms and, following the building's structure, dissected into smaller units creating necessary divisions for internal hierarchy. A loop is created between these cubes as a 'street' winds through the spatial division created in the tall space, from the ground level via a bridge to the top, returning down again along the service staircase. Exploring the relationship between volumes the emphasis is on a high-quality environment where the tall internal space acts as a semi-public space, highlighting the openness and identity of the office.
