Cili County is under the administration of nearby Zhangjiajie city famous for its mountain range used as an inspiration for the Hollywood movie Avatar. Cili is located in Hunan province in People's Republic of China. It borders the prefecture-level city of Changde in all directions except for the west. The Cili city is divided by a river in to Northern and Southern areas. The South side houses the old town and the Northern large area has initial urban plan and land usage in place.As a prominent riverfront starting plot a variety of commercial and entertainment facilities are included in the preliminary design such as outdoor cultural retail street environment with performance venues, landmark office and hotel towers, grade-A standard office space and individual headquarter offices with ancillary public and retail facilities.
