The client had acquired this high F.A.R plot in the new urban development area close to the historical downtown.Working closely with the client and after extensive market research and several design and massing options a hybrid building type was selected as the development direction. The 150 meters tall tower incorporates A-grade office space, boutique style luxury hotel and a boutique style shopping mall. A large roof terrace will serve the hotel and host events such as wedding banquets with a swimming pool and several Jacuzzi tubs.The design strategy is to activate and raise value of the retail by directing the office tower pedestrian flow through the 5 story high commercial podium to the main street. The office tower has a luxurious three story high lobby and reception area.
