Nanjing "Southern Capital" is the city situated in the heartland of lower Yangtze River region in China, which has long been a major center of culture, education, research, politics, economy, transport networks and tourism. It is the capital city of Jiangsu province in People's Republic of China and the second largest city in East China,[2] with a total population of 8 million.The design strategy is to activate and raise value of the retail by directing the office tower pedestrian flow through the commercial podium to the main street. The office towers has a luxurious three story high lobbies and reception area with abundant drop off squares. Several sports facilities inside and outside were included in the design as well as staff restaurants and other recreational facilities.
