Standing at the center of El Paso downtown this large tower development was planned to enhance the larger community as a whole. Therefore an outstanding landmark and unique design approach was requested as being the tallest tower in the city. The project consists of 450 feet tall office and serviced apartments tower and a large commercial podium, a shopping mall, outside plaza, cultural facilities such as a movie theatre, entertainment, retail and an additional library for the University needs. The office tower has an ample three story high lobby and reception area. The serviced apartments were designed within the complex to accommodate the needs of the business environment and the adjacent University of Texas El Paso.
