The scheme aims to activate all the towers by creating a connecting public platform in the third floor and thus providing the offices with a comfortable outside green, leisure and communication space.
The cladding strategy uses a specialized sun shading systems in the South and West elevations of the towers while the elevations facing the river aim to create visually unified high-end image for the city.
