This large tower development is planned to enhance the larger community as a whole. Competing with several new large commercial developments such as Wanda Group’s commercial complex in the city an outstanding and unique design approach was requested.
The approved urban planning aims at creating a pedestrian axis running parallel and through the site as a condition. The proposal enhances this axis and seeks to find the means to further develop the diversity of the targeted users for this project.
The project consists of office and hotel tower of 350 meters, office and residential towers ranging from 80 to 200 meters and a large commercial podium housing a shopping mall, outside plazas, cultural facilities, entertainment and retail.
